CATERING FAQ

For a complete meal, we suggest 6-8oz of protein per person. Full trays contain 10lbs, so this would be about 20-25 servings of protein.

2-3 protein options plus 3-4 side options offer a solid variety for most events.

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice on all catering orders. We fill up fast on holiday weekends, so reach out early if you know you want a saucy Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, you name it!

Pork yeah! Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of any of our locations by our delivery partner, Dilvrd. Every mile above 10 is charged an additional $5 per mile. Chafing frame/buffet setup is available for +$25

Delivery fees are inclusive of gratuity that is paid directly to drivers, no additional gratuities will be accepted.

• Order subtotal $700-999; $100 Delivery Fee

• Order subtotal $1,000-1500; $150 Delivery Fee

• Order subtotal $2,000-2999; $175 Delivery Fee

• Order subtotal $3,000+ $225 Delivery Fee

We recommend that you schedule your delivery to arrive at least 30 minutes before you plan to serve. Please factor in the time it takes to access your building or facility and the time it will take our delivery team to set-up your order.

If nobody is available to accept the delivery upon arrival, there will be an additional delivery fee charged for each additional delivery attempt. Deliveries are available until 8pm with a standard delivery charge.

Many of our items are gluten-free. We also have several delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes. That said, we can't guarantee zero cross-contamination due to the handcrafted nature of our items and our local purveyors. All common allergens are present in our facility. View a list of allergens here

If you need to cancel your order, we require 72 hours notice to fully refund or credit. Orders canceled between 24 and 72 hours before the event day will receive a 50% refund or partial credit. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded (respect the meat!), but we are happy to donate your items to our 24/7 community fridge.

In the spirit of equity for the hardworking people preparing your food, we’re scrapping some outdated practices. That means we’re no longer accepting gratuities and instead use an 8% service charge for counter service and catering orders and 18% for food truck events and full service catering.
